Adoption Print Shop

*****UPDATE***** The day the adoption agency received our check and contract we found out we were pregnant – crazy right?!?! – and per our agency’s policy we are unable to adopt if we are pregnant, so the adoption is postponed for now. The print shop will remain open since I had been wanting to launch a print shop regardless of the adoption, so feel free to keep shopping. Thanks for your support!

Time to get personal…

Michael and I have been trying to grow our family for about 1.5 years. We finally consulted a few doctors and unfortunately, due to some scar tissue in my tubes, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to have children naturally. Our two options as of right now are IVF or Adoption.

We were both pretty bummed to hear that news, but at the same time it was nice to have an answer to why we have been unsuccessful.

After many conversations, we are looking at this obstacle as an opportunity instead of a closed door. An opportunity to do one of the greatest things any human can do: adopt.

“Love makes a family.”

This phrase gives me so much hope for our future. We have a long and challenging road ahead of us, but Michael and I are excited and ready for it.

I’ve been toying with the idea of launching a print shop since last November, and thanks to some gentle nudging from friends, we have decided to launch this PRINT SHOP to raise money for our adoption. All profits from the print sales will help us grow our family. The average domestic infant adoption is anywhere from $18,000-40,000 so every bit counts.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for taking the time to read this post, and if you see something you’d like to buy in the Print Shop just know that your money is going towards giving a child a home.

Love, Paige & Michael
